２日目
-ボディールルールの紹介と説明
効用、なぜマッサージの後にフラワーバスに入るのか？に対する説明や、ルルールに
使う天然素材の紹介など。
-休憩
-先生と一緒に練習、モデルを使ってお一人でマッサージの練習をして頂きます。
３日目
-トラディショナルクリームバス、クリームバスの素材、効用についての説明
-練習
-休憩
-先生と一緒に練習、モデルを使ってお一人でマッサージの練習をして頂きます。
４日目
-トラディショナルフェイシャル、素材と効用についての説明
-先生と一緒に練習、そしてモデルを使ってお一人で練習して頂きます。
-休憩
-短期研修修了のミーティング
-研修終了後、2時間のボディーマッサージを無料でお試し頂きます。

SPA ESTHETIC COURSE IN PRIVATE CLASSES
Learn from the experts how to do Bali Massage, Lulur Body Scrub, Balinese Traditional Facial, Balinese Traditional Hair Cream Bath, Shirodara or Hot Stone Massage.
Developed and professional conducted by proprietor Mrs. Putu Indri our Spa Sekar Jagat Esthetic Course will give you firsthand knowledge in Balinese spa treatments.
You get theoretical and practical lessons in small private classes at our original spa premises with authentic material and equipment. We provide documentation (in English and Indonesian), a model for practising, a snack at lunch break, a personal certificate and free transportation from and to your place.
The course is held in English language, respectively in Indonesian language. One session takes 5 hrs including lunch break. You are free to attend only one or a few sessions. Minimum 2 persons per session. Costs for one session: 150 USD per person, including all material, small lunch and transportation from and to your place in Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta or Sanur.
For 2 sessions we charge US$275, for 3 sessions US$375. Rates for long term courses on request

Venue: Spa Sekar Jagat
Time: 10:00 - 16:00
Subjects: Bali Massage, Lulur Body Scrub and Traditional Facial.
1st day:
- Introduction of Balinese body treatment
- Theory of body massage as a part of body lulur
- Join practice
- Break
- Self practice
2nd day:
- Theory and introduction of body lulur
- Introducing of material for lulur and the function to the body
- Break
- Join practice and self practice
3rd day:
- Theory of traditional facial and its material and its function
- Join practice and self practice
- Break
- Closure session
- Complement of 2 hours body treatment ( body lulur )
- Handover of the certificate
